Hasan Yıldırım, Founding Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yıldırım Construction Group, established Yıldırım Construction in 1972 with a pioneering, dynamic and innovative vision. Following the success of these projects, the company entered a period of rapid expansion alongside Osman Yıldırım, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. Growth initiatives continued with the establishment of Yıldırım Engineering and Architecture in 1985, Kubilay Construction in 1987, Cansu Construction and Doğa Products in 1995, and Eylül Lighting and Construction in 2000.
By 2006, in line with a visionary approach and a modern management philosophy, Osman Yıldırım was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, and all these companies were brought together under the umbrella of the Yıldırım Construction Group.
Drawing on many years of experience and knowledge, whilst taking into account the country’s economy and the region’s evolving socio-cultural structure, the company has been carrying out regeneration projects in the city centre since 2006. Drawing on the strength and experience derived from family solidarity, Yıldırım Yapı Grubu has been providing services for over 55 years, primarily in the construction and building sector, as well as in sectors such as healthcare and lighting. The group is currently carrying out its new projects in Istanbul under the Kuleli Evleri brand and continues to be the preferred choice for those wishing to take advantage of the city centre’s benefits.
