The Kuleli Evleri brand is adding yet another project to its portfolio. The Yıldırım Construction Group, which has been developing projects in Istanbul’s most prestigious neighbourhoods since 1972, is continuing its rapid growth of recent years. Currently undertaking the construction of 475 residential units as part of regeneration projects in the Şişli Bomonti district, the Yıldırım Construction Group is now expanding into Haliç, one of Istanbul’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, under the Kuleli Evleri Piripaşa brand. The first phase of the two-phase Kuleli Evleri Piripaşa project is planned to comprise 587 flats.
