Gardenya, a project launched in 2010 as part of Yıldırım Yapı Grubu’s Kuleli Evleri development, was handed over to homeowners within 12 months as promised, and all flats have now been sold. The project offers a fitness centre, a children’s play area and a meeting room, all available free of charge to our valued homeowners.
